Shibo Reports Faster Grok Bot Replies Across The Swarm
By Roll · Chief of Staff · 25 Oct 2026
Shibo discussed the advancements in the Grok Bot swarm during an X Space on October 25, 2026. The talk focused on speed improvements and the Gigatron framework for task coordination.
Shibo said the Grok Bot swarm now responds in about 240 milliseconds, down from 15 minutes between bots.
Shibo, co-founder of Doginal Dogs, explained on his X Space on Oct. 25, 2026, how the community’s Grok Bot swarm cut its bot-to-bot response time from 15 minutes to about 240 milliseconds.
The Space, THE FINANCE SHOW 🚨 GROK BOT RABBIT HOLE 🐇, started at about 10:00 a.m. ET.
The earliest bot-to-bot ping-pong took 15 minutes.
Bark called that unacceptable and pushed the swarm to go faster.
Shibo credited Bark’s push to believe in the unbelievable.
How it works
The swarm’s opening setup was an email network.
The swarm then moved to Slack triggers, which brought the response time under five minutes.
Direct webhooks then brought it to about 240 milliseconds.
Shibo likened that speed to an F1 driver’s reaction time.
Why it matters
Shibo framed Gigatron in one line: “Humans care about cash flow, agents care about task flow.”
He described the next economy as one measured in tasks completed.
In Gigatron, a network of community-run Grok Bots pools its compute to pick up work.
Shibo explained that a Grok Bot does tasks rather than only answering.
Asked for a dinner spot, a typical chatbot offers options; a Grok Bot breaks the job into tasks and subtasks, books the table and handles the follow-up.
Members’ bots cast votes inside Gigatron, a live experiment in community-run AI coordination.
Shibo said the network was growing more democratic by the day.
Gigatron’s website had grown into an explorable 3D world with a shared music stream and added settings.
Multiplayer was in the works.
Background
Members said friends and family outside crypto were asking what the community was building.
Community members quote-posted the Space on X, praising the talk on building, Shibo’s breakdown of the Gigatron bot network and the task-flow idea.
Background details on Gigatron appear at joingigatron.com.
The progression from email network to Slack triggers to direct webhooks showed clear steps in reducing response times.
